Mirador Acapulco Hotel

We were thrilled by the amazing view at Mirador. The cliffs, the divers, and the sunset created a amazing scene. It was like being transported to a whole new world. we highly recommend this hotel for its lovely vistas and unique experience.

Clean pools, natural sea water pool, and helpful English-speaking staff. Good amenities, balcony with view, and spacious closet. Effective air conditioning and ceiling fan.

However, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, as it's right in the center of the tourist area and within walking distance to many good restaurants. Additionally, being in the traditional area of the city, it provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the noisy entertainment district.

The hotel is in dire need of updating and maintenance, with scruffy and old sections.

The location of this hotel is excellent, situated just out of the main Acapulco bay but still within walking distance of the center of the tourist area where there are many good restaurants. It is also away from the noisy entertainment district, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel facilities are great, including a natural sea water pool that is perfect for spending an afternoon. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and comfortable.

We loved the breathtaking view of the sea and the natural beauty surrounding this place. The service was exceptional, and the housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping our room super clean. Here, we had access to commercial services, medical facilities, and tours/ticket assistance that made our stay stress-free. The air conditioning and flat-screen TV were fantastic, and the small terrace was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

We had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the cliffs overlooking the ocean. We were able to watch the famous cliff divers right from the comfort of the hotel, without dealing with large crowds. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views. The amenities provided, such as the air conditioning and walk-in closet, enhanced our stay and added to the overall comfort. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the pools, including a unique saltwater pool where we could swim alongside the fish. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Nothing to dislike.

The view from our room balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The hotel's La Perla restaurant offered delicious seafood dishes and "tequila sunrise" drinks. The cliff diving shows and live music performances were a highlight of our evenings. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pools were clean and enjoyable. The saltwater pool near the ocean was a unique experience with fish swimming around. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed, a walk-in closet, and good air conditioning.

The hotel had a fine ocean view and the pool facilities were great. The natural ocean pool was a unique feature that we really enjoyed.

The customer service from the staff was very poor. We had issues with the cleanliness of our room and the front staff tried to charge us for items that were already included in the room price.

We loved being right on downtown and perched on a rocky cliff over an ocean cove. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking.

The service at the hotel fell short of our expectations.
